Guest House—March Focus
The focus agency for April is Guest House. The Guest House is a combination of residence and educational facility for homeless men. The residents there are men who have fallen by the wayside for various reasons. Programs there help the residents regain self-respect, independence and to seek out long-term solutions to their problems. Guest House is a three-month program that provides lessons in the school of life; housing, budgeting, job search, health care, self-management and many others. After graduation there is a follow-up staff that help with any problems. Guest House has a better success rate than any other similar program in the Milwaukee area. Please keep Guest House in your prayers.+
THE CANTERBURY TALES
The Canterbury TALES is published the second Tuesday of each month. If you, as a member of the St. Thomas of Canterbury community, wish to have information included in the TALES, please send me an e-mail at email@example.com or place the information in my mailbox in the parish office. Information to be included should be sent the weekend before the second Tuesday of the month. The TALES is one outlet for disseminating information to parish members, so working together we can foster open communication for all. -Pam Kasper
The children have spoken. They want Sunday School to meet from 9:15-9:45 every Sunday. This will begin on Sunday March 5, 2017. We will hold a one room school house for ages 4 and up. If your child is three and potty trained, please talk with any Sunday School teacher. We will continue with the “stump Fr. Mark bag”. There will also be clipboards with age appropriate fun pages in the white dresser in the coat room. This is also where we will stock crayons and color books for the little ones.
Erika Stoving, Lisa Chmielewski and Donna Celsor are Sunday School teachers.
Looking forward to seeing your children on March 5.

These hard working dedicated people all worked to assure the evening would be fun and it certainly was. My heartfelt thanks to all. The final accounting will be coming soon.
