Community Outreach

OUR NEXT GENERATION—AUGUST Focus

Our Next Generation is a tutoring program housed in the St. Andrew community center. In addition to assisting hundreds of urban children with scholastic achievement (the Homework Club) Next Generation also provides training in life skills vital to their future. Please be generous in your support for this wonderful investment of time, talent and treasure.

Food & Item Donations

STOC continues to collect food and other donations that support St. Alphonsus, St. James, Guest House & the Hospitality Center.  If you would like to donate additional items please label your contribution with your preference of ministry and donations will be distributed.  If you are donating food items please do not use the outside drop box, food donations should be left inside the church.  For more information please contact the church office at  414-421-0130.  Thank you….Outreach

AG Adventure 2017 – Open to All

The date is set for our Washington D.C. adventure: September 18 – 22, 2017.  Please put this on your calendars now.  A definite agenda to send out should be ready on or about September 1.  It will include all of the sites that we will visit, inclusions, prices and details of how to register for the trip.  All registrations and payments will be handled on-line with American Christian Tours.  You will be able to register, with a 10% down payment, as soon as you get this information. Registration will remain open until Nov. 1 or until we reach our cut off of 50 people.

Once the information on the cost and itinerary is available, if you wish to register for the trip but do not have access to the internet, see Veronica Heaney after a Sunday service.

Possible Bulletin Changes:

In the coming weeks, we’re going to be experimenting with different bulletin formats. We want to hear your opinion, even if it’s just that you like what we have better than anything new. Tell us what you like or don’t like or if you have any ideas we haven’t even thought of!  Send any feedback to Kathie Hein (katenigma00@gmail.com or 414-522-5300), Fr Mark, or any member of the Worship Committee: Paul and Erika Stoving, Noel Gehlhaart, Sharon Owen, or Anne Van Deusen

End of Combined Services

The last combined 9AM Sunday service will be next week, September 4th.
